1 line technology for tractors

Operating the AIRBOX/drive 1 line technology is done simply and comfortably using the switch control console in the cab.

The operator preselects the desired field or road pressure (continuous adjustment). Using the switch lever, the operator can switch between the two preselected pressure ranges in one movement. The control immediately begins to change the pressure in all the tyres connected to the system to the preselected value. Target and actual values are continuously shown on the respective manometers

Pneumatic control

System control for all slurry tankers and other drawn vehicles.

The operator sets the desired pressure for the road and the field on the manometer console, which remains on the outside of the vehicle. The system then saves these settings, which can be changed of course at any time.

Using the control console in the cab, the operator only has to select the desire mode (road or field); the control changes the pressure in all tyres to the pre-set value and then turns itself off (dual-line technique only).

ISOBUS control

Operating the tyre inflation system is done using the ISOBUS compatible control terminal of the vehicle since the PTG system is connected with the vehicle via ISOBUS.

The tyre inflation system offers the following screens, which can be selected on the menu screen of the terminal.

• operation screen

• diagnostics screen

• system settings screen

Digital control

With digital control, the operator has universal control to simultaneously operate the tyre inflation system for both the pulling vehicle and the trailer. Pre-set tyre pressures are displayed at the push of a button.

Upon activating a control cycle (e.g. rear axle of a tractor), the system turns on and adjusts the tyre pressure to the pre-set value. Once the target pressure has been reached, the tyre valves are automatically closed, the system is depressurized and then turns off.

The system can, of course, also be deactivated at any time, even during a control cycle, at the push of a button.
